Shoveling roofs

Shoveling roofs

Agreed!  It’s been a lot of snow this winter for Dover and the seacoast area of New Hampshire.  The snow has impacted the real estate sales market as well.  I can’t remember a time when so much snow has made it difficult to drive, walk around town, and just live.  I own a place that has a flat roof and it can be challenging removing the snow.   To this end, I hired a local person that I trust to shovel my roof.   Removal of snow off your structure is important for safety and to protect your investment.  Also, not puncturing the roof and creating a leak is important as well.  If you need somebody to shovel your roof best to look for landscaping or roofing firms.  Beware, theses companies charge various fees for this service.   I’ve heard  $1500 to $25hr per roof!  Proceed with caution as they may not be bonded.  In short, if you can locate a bonded reliable company to shovel your roof it’s a good idea.  Protect your large investment and be safe.  Give me a call if you need a reference for roof snow removal.

Cheers~
